NCI Information Systems - CLASIC Contract:

Hence, the butterfly specifically the Monarch butterfly given its regal orange and yellow wing coloring which brings to mind the warm climates of most Hispanic countries. It is interesting to point out that the Monarch is the only true migrating butterfly that occurs in North America. Learn more about these remarkable butterflies at a Monarch sanctuary in Mexico.
I chose the font (Lucida Handwriting) because of its Latin look and painterly style. The color purple was used because it is symbolic of power, visionary leadership, success, wisdom and independence.
